Mission

NPP SENSOR LLC is a developer and manufacturer of explosion-proof products and sees its mission in providing consumers with reliable and safe products designed to prevent emergency situations and automate technological processes.

Strategic goal

The strategic goal of NPP SENSOR LLC is to achieve the level of products of world manufacturers, to take a leading position in domestic valve and instrument engineering through the implementation of scientific and technical potential, and to increase the efficiency of operations.

In order to achieve strategic goals, NPP SENSOR LLC ensures the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System based on the process approach and risk-oriented thinking, as well as international standards and modern practices.

Priorities

The main activity of the enterprise is the development and production of pipeline valves, devices and equipment for automatic regulation and control. The products must meet the requirements of the consumer, comply with all safety standards, be competitive in terms of characteristics, quality and price, ensure sustainable development and enhance the reputation of the enterprise.

NPP SENSOR LLC identifies the following priority areas of activity in the field of quality:

• continuous improvement of the safety of manufactured products for human life and health, the environment and consumer facilities, ensuring their compliance with mandatory requirements and Ex-certificates
• continuous improvement of metrological, operational and other quality characteristics of manufactured products by modernizing serial and developing new products
• unconditional compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, GOST R ISO 9001-2015, GOST R ISO/IEC 80079-34-2013, ISO/IEC 80079-34-2018, STO Gazprom 9001-2018 and other international and national legislative requirements
• implementation of advanced control tools and methods, improvement of the production and testing base of the enterprise, automation of production management processes and the life cycle of products
• involvement of all employees in the process of joint activities to achieve the goals set before the enterprise, by motivating high-quality work of employees, providing opportunities for professional development, creating conditions for a healthy lifestyle
• systematic work on import substitution, diversification of suppliers of materials, components and services, development of partnerships with them
• paying special attention to identifying future consumer needs, active interaction with them at all stages of the product life cycle
• analysis of factors of the external and internal environment of the enterprise, requirements of interested parties in order to assess risks and opportunities
