LIN-4-20 мА (SENS) adapters
Purpose, operation principle
Adapters designed for measurement parameter value conversion from SENS sensor to a 4-20mA curent signal. “…-24V” adapters have built-in power unit, providing SENS sensors operation powering. “VUUK -…” adapters are designed for explosion hazardous localtions operation, and having 1ExdIIBT4 explosion-proof marking. Operation principle: adapter acquires the value of measured parameter and converts the received data to the 4-20mA corrent signal.
SENS sensors operation with LIN-4-20mA adapters provides an advantage of using only one data acquisition cable for several sensors.
Designation
Adapters are designated in accordance with technical features table during order placement.(see below). The parameters which values are give in the “Note” are highlighted in bold.

1) - Designation for order placement:
3KV (or 2KV) - the digit corresponds to the quantity of VUUK unit cable fittings.
A - DIN rail mounting optional feature designation; no designation - DIN rail mounting element is not installed; DIN designation - DIN rail mounting element is installed.
B - calbe sheaths fixture element: no designation - UKM 10; UKM12/UK16/UK15 - corresponding calbe sheaths fixture element.

3) - separate power unit is required for curent loop (12…42)V.
4) - consumption of devices connected to the line is not calculated.
5) - in the pointed temperature measurement range.
